Dennis has over thirty years experience in the management of real estate from single-family homes to shopping centers, apartment complexes, and office buildings. Dennis has also converted a nine-unit apartment building in San Francisco to condominiums. As the Manager of the Trans World Airlines and subsequently American Airlines pilot training center, Dennis was responsible for the management of the 160,000 square foot facility including the specialized flight simulators. Dennis is certified by American Home Inspectors to perform residential and commercial real estate inspections.

Craig Mangus: Managing Partner; Director of Development
Graduate from Columbia College in 2002, Craig got his start in management in the Restaurant industry. It wasn't until January of 2007 until he realized his passion for the real estate markets. Under the tutelage of Gershman Mortgage he gained knowledge of the St. Louis Markets and realized the incredible investment opportunities and made them work for our company. Since 2008, Craig has overseen the renovations/rehabs of countless homes, apartment buildings, kitchens, baths and finished basements.

My first job out of college was in the banking/mortgage industry, and I have successfully grown a team at the largest mortgage lender in St. Louis, USA Mortgage. I have always had a passion for real estate, and my direct responsibilities with Mangus Properties is to make sure the company grows at a successful rate year after year.

Keith Jacobs: Property Manager
After attending the University of Missouri-Columbia, Keith pursued a career in Restaurant Management for twelve years. In September of 2010, he decided to bring his knowledge of customer relations and management skills to Mangus Properties. Now in 2014, Keith oversees the management of more than 400 units. This is a growth of over 200% in the last 3 years.
