Mangus Properties LLC is a family owned company formed by Dennis Mangus in 2006 to manage the rental properties owned by Dennis and Susan Mangus. Craig and Scott Mangus joined the company in 2007 to assist in expanding family investment holdings and to help with the day to day management activities. In late 2007 the company was solicited to take over the management of a six-unit condominium complex in Clayton, Missouri. Since that time, the company added several single-family homes, multi-family apartments, and condominium buildings to its portfolio through individual investors and company acquisitions.
